  Amid the rising cases of coronavirus COVID-19 across the country, the Indian Railways is slowly but steadily getting back on track. All the Express trains--Rajdhani, Shatabdi, Tejas and Humsafar will be back on railway track soon. The Railways aims to maximize passengers train operations and so these express trains will be put into service again. According to railway sources, these trains will be stepped up to run back on their original routes by November. All the trains will be run as 'special trains '. Currently, the Railways is operating 682 special trains and 20 clone trains. Apart from this, 416 festival special trains will also be run from October 20 to November 30.   Apple is expected to kick off the big switch to using its  own custom chips in Macs in November . Ahead of that, new model numbers of unreleased Macs have leaked in a new filing with the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC). Reported by  Consomac , the latest EEC filing for Apple’s computers shows some unreleased Mac number models that  we first saw back in June last year  but also includes totally new models. The regulatory database is a reliable indicator of Apple products that will soon be launched. Macs with the model numbers A2147, A2158, and A2182 haven’t been released by Apple but appeared last year as well as in this new filing. They were previously listed as running macOS Catalina, and are now showing as running Big Sur.   Typically Apple starts pre-orders for its new gadgets at midnight local time in each country. This year, however, Cupertino decided to launch the pre-orders simultaneously around the world. For the US, the start is at 5:00 am PDT, same for Canada. Moving east to the UK, the launch will be at 1:00 pm BST, a bit further to Germany go time is at 2:00 pm CEST, then moving all the way to Australia the start is set for 11:00 pm AEDT. Accounting for the different time zones, the start is simultaneous (noon UTC).   NEW DELHI:  Bharti Airtel  is readying for a massive expansion in its fibre-to-the-home (FTTH) broadband service via local cable operators, Business Standard reported. The move is aimed at taking on  Reliance Jio , which offers its FTTH broadband service in 2,000 cities. The Sunil Mittal-led telco plans to offer the service in over 1,000 cities across the country, in the next 12-18 months. The publication reported that Airtel is targetting over 40 million of the 240 million households in the country. "It (partnership) is working well for home broadband subscribers because it is again saving resources. The cable operator has already put a cable or  fiber cable  inside the home of his customer which is now probably taking a cable TV which has backhaul on fiber," Randeep Sekhon, Airtel CTO recently told ETTelecom.
